How do I post a document with working links to other documents?

We have a Master Agreement which is referred to in our document and there is a "link" in the document that should take the signers to that other document. Can this be done and if so how? Thank you!

You can create a Hyperlink in a DocuSign field and add it to the document in the envelope as outlined here...

These hyperlinks basically open a new browser window to that externally available webpage or document.

What happens when you send the envelope and then try to click on the Hyperlinks you added to DocuSign? Error message? Nothing?

Have you verified your browser isn't blocking Pop-ups?

Verify you have turned off "pop-up" blocking in your browser. It sounds link the link is clickable which means the custom field you created is most likely correct. If the URL was wrong then typically you would get to the wrong page or an error. If the issue is a pop-up blocker then typically when you click on a link nothing happens cause the pop-up isn't able to appear.

Hi David, I have turned off the pop up blockers. When I hover over the “link” nothing happens – I don’t get the “arrow” to double-click to open the url….. Hello, Im having the same issue. The hyperlinks sets up fine, but then when I try sending it to myself to test it out, the link doesn't work. When I go over it with my mouse, there's no arrow or pointer.
