How can I update a name line in a document already sent

I have a document that the customer has already signed. The account name area of the document has the incorrect name. Please note it is not a signature line. Thanks 

@Vudonzi If a recipient has already taken action on a document and that document has either text in the document or data added to a field by a Recipient on that document then that information cannot be changed or corrected.  The best option is to void the original envelope, make a copy, resend it through the Recipient process and make the edit to the document or set a field tooltip or add a Note so the Recipient does not incorrectly fill out the field on the new envelope.
