Is possible to hide sender’s address?  I need it to make it look like it’s sent from a company, not an individual.  Is there a way to create a sending group address?

Hello @Rurits ,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community.

There is an option called Custom Email Domain that is available for accounts that have the organization feature and a claimed domain enabled: Customize Docusign Notification Emails for Accounts with Custom Email Domains

If you are looking to remove the email address or add a specific one from the actual email contents, you can edit the Email Resource files, you can find the needed information on page 46: Resource Files

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. For more information about which options are available for your account, contact your account administrator. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan.

Hi @Rurits,

The response provided by Nathaly is an excellent one and a great route to go to solve your issue.

Just an additional consideration to possibly implement along with the above.  In my training classes at Docusign University, specifically a class called eSignature Administration II,  we teach attendees about a tactic to send an envelope as if they were another user is through a feature called ‘Custody Transfer Rules’. This doesn’t exactly resolve your issue, but you might consider using it as a supplement to an overall resolution along with what Nathaly suggested.

This feature will allow you to create a user with the name of, for example, Sales Team and the email address of  Sales@yourcompany.comThen, with the appropriate transfer rule configured, another user can log in as themselves and and deliver an envelope, but it would look to the recipient as if were sent from this generic user.

Please have a look at this support article for more information.

The document on this page below has some great use cases that help better illustrate how it can be used:

Again, just something to consider that might help your overall use case.
