Hi, not sure why there is now an expiry date in documents I send out for signing. Please help. Thank you

Hi, Thank you but why can’t I make any changes? Does it have to be the administrator or something? I am a user in the office so maybe I don’t have rights to make changes? If the option to edit the envelope's expiration settings is greyed out, then the account administrator has restricted changes to the account defaults.

In order for this to be corrected, your administrator will have to enable "Allow senders to override account defaults".
