Envelopes can be viewed and managed by an account administrator, or any other user that has been given access to the documents through our "Shared Access" feature.

If I understood correctly, only the envelope owner and an account administrator can view an envelope that is not yet shared?

Thank you for following up.

By default, only the envelope's sender and recipients have access to the completed documents.

In order for any other user in the account to have access to the documents, shared access to the envelope owner's inbox must be set for them.
