gibberish on the phone

Hi there.I have this issue: me and my clients have gibberish instead of normal pdf when open via phone.What is the solution for this problem.Thanks beforehand

Hello @asaf,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!I’m sorry to hear that the information on your document does not make sense, I understand this happens when the document is opened on the mobile.This could be due to a feature called Responsive Signing (mobile friendly), depending on how the document was set up, it can show funny on the phone.
