we exceeded our envelope limit but we can still use esignature. Is it necessary to add envelope or we can continue using without adding?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you exceeded your envelope limit.
You will be able to continue using your DocuSign account, however, you might lose the option to send envelopes.
If you send more than the allowance on your plan in your first year, the DocuSign sales team may contact you to help you choose a plan that better meets your needs. Overage charges may apply based on the list price. All plans are subject to the DocuSign Reasonable Use Policy. DocuSign may prevent you from sending new envelopes if your send volume exceeds Reasonable Use. If this happens contact the DocuSign sales teams at 1-877-720-2040.
