I’ve been using Docusign for months, with a paid account.  I went on vacation, came back, and all of my documents and previous records are gone.  It now says I have a freebee account.  I have no idea what happened.  Help!

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. To confirm, is this your only Docusign account? Is this a company account or a personal account? Do you have the option to switch accounts? Switch Accounts and Set a Default Account

Have you tried the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
