eSign Missing Custom Fields

Has anyone discovered any missing Custom Fields recently?

We have several Custom Fields we use in our Signature block for years now & all the sudden they are missing in our Non-Prod environment. Have you noticed this type of eSign Custom Field issue? If so, were you able to determine Root Cause or a timeframe of when they went missing.  I’d like to hear from you.

I’m sorry to hear that some Custom fields are missing, I understand they are missing from a non-production environment.

 

To better help you would you be so kind to provide more information.

 

  • Where the fields shared to that account from another?
  • Are you the only admin on the account?
    • If not, is there a possibility that another admin might have deleted the fields?
