I have a plan that gives me 5 envelopes per month. It is a new month but it is still showing zero.  When does it normally reset? It is the 3rd of the new month.

I’m sorry to hear that the new envelopes are not showing, I understand you would like to know when this restarts.

 

Sure, DocuSign replenish envelopes on the day you purchased the plan and not at the start of the month, for example, if you bought the plan on January 17th, 2024, you can see the envelopes on February 17th, 2024: What happens if I exceed the envelope allowance on my DocuSign eSignature plan?
