We have purchased the Developer API Starter pack, which allows 40 envelopes to be sent per month. We sent 1 envelope on 03/05/2024. However, when we try sending more, we receive an error stating "Envelope limit exceeded."

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting this error, I understand you recently purchased a plan that allows 40 sends per month, but after sending one envelope you get the error.

 

Can you confirm that you are logged in to the correct account? Sometimes the email used on the account with the plan is also used on a trial account.
