In the past I have uploaded multiple files into one envelope in docusign, then once signed download them as one pdf.  An example is a SOP with multiple forms.  Once signed I could download them as one document instead of several.  Is this not available anymore?

When you click on Download on your completed envelope, you should have the option to combine all PDF’s.

Is this not available to you?

Is this option also available when the completed PDF is emailed out?

Yes, if the completed envelope is not sent as an attachment, the recipient has the option to download all documents from one envelope into one single PDF file. 

but when sending it as an attachment to the email, there is no way to make this just send as one file automatically?

I don’t believe there is.  You best option is to uncheck the Attach documents selection and have the recipients download as one file.
