Hello.

A couple of weeks ago I got a notice from DocuSign that stated that my subscription was going to be renewed. I made a switch request to reduce my subscription and got a confirmation that it would be switched at renewal. The new setting were significantly cheaper. However, I just received a notice that the subscription was renewed with the old settings and I charged the previous amount as well. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to hear that you plan change was not processed as expected, but we will assist you in solving the issue.

 

DocuSign Support can help in reviewing your plan change request, and revert any undesired configuration.

 

In the meantime, you might want to try and convert your plan to the one you wanted, in Settings>Plan and Billing, as this will help expedite the internal reversal request.

 

You may open a new support case by filling the form provided below:

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
