I have signed up for the docusign personal account and therefore have 5 envelopes to use each month.

My plan start date was 19/3/24 and since then ive used envelopes on 20/3/24, 27/3/24, 28/3/24 and 10/4/24 = 4 in total but docusign is now telling me that ive reached by envelope limit.. does anyone know why that might be?

Go to your Manage page, click in the Sent folder, how many envelopes you see there?

Also, verify the Draft folder it you have an envelope waiting to you continue.
