I am wondering if there is a way to have only 1 document in my envelope template be CC’ed to someone. Example: I have an intake packet with many documents in one template (that gets sent as a single envelope to multiple signers). I need a copy of only one of the forms (documents) sent to a program director at the completion of the entire envelope. I do not want this person to get a copy (or be able to see) the information provided in the other documents in the envelope (template). 

Is this possible?

There is a way using the Document Visibility feature.   Once you have it enabled on your account, you will be able to check which document are visible to them and what they see at the end of the signing ceremony.

Thank you. Do you know how I can get this feature enabled on my account? I don’t see anything about visibility anywhere on any of my settings.

If you are an Admin for your account, you can look under Sending Settings and set it to 

If it is not there, you might have to contact your account manager about your Docusign plan.
