Deactivate combined PDF

When I check the box next to “Combine all PDFs into a single file”, it automatically unchecks the “All” and “CoC” checkbox on top in my SBS enabled account to prevent combined download.

This can be achieved by unticking the box “Attach certificate of completion to envelope” in the Envelope Delivery section which can be found in Settings → Signing Settings:

What I want to achieve is to deactivate the Option “Combine all PDFs into a single file”, means it should not be available for our users.

You cannot remove options from the web interface for the users as this is currently not supported, but you can prevent them from downloading combined documents if you follow the steps mentioned above.
