Date Changing to American Format

Question

Hello.  I am also having a problem with dates from Excel to DocuSign, the European date format day day / month month / year automatically changes to the American month month / day day / year.  I have tried changing the settings and I have also tried the suggested work around by changing the format from date to text but then I just end up with a row of meaningless numbers.  Can someone please help. Thank you
