What plan do you have in your production account? There is the possibility that your plan either does not include the Conditional Routing or has the feature disabled at the backend.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

Thank you for your response Christopher. We use conditional routing all the time and I am able to add it to the form. My issue is, why is it not transferring from sandbox to production. We have the feature in both.
