Hello, I'm from CLARO Technical Support (DocuSign's client company), a user forgot the access password and the security answer. In this case, is there another procedure she could do to change the password?

@Alexandre Souza Contact the DocuSign Admin on the account and have them send a password reset.


Is there an email address to contact the DocuSign Administrator?
I didn't find it on the Support website?


@Alexandre Souza Each DocuSign Account has a User assigned to the DocuSign Admin permission profile.  If this is not something you are aware of, I suggest checking the “?” in the upper right after login to see if a name or number is given.  Otherwise you would need to check with DocuSign Support, provide the Account ID to see if they can assist you with a Name of the Admin for that account.
