Can't get document

I was sent an email to sign a document but it wont let me do so. How can I get support to see what is going on with this?

 

@Lady G Texas Are you getting a specific error when you attempt to sign the document? Have you contacted the Sender to perhaps have them send you a new envelope notification for the same envelope?
