bulk send upload special (spanish) character

Question

Hi, I’m trying bulk send, but when I upload the CSV file, when some field contains any special (spanish) character, this is not presented correct.Any one knows how to correct this issue?Thanks

@Arturo Diaz-In the context of CSV files, one common escape character is the double quote ("). This character is typically used to enclose fields containing special characters, especially when those characters might be misinterpreted as delimiters or part of the CSV formatting. ie.: "Español"
