Bad PDFs

Question

I need to send PDF image files of packaging to get approved. Docusign reduces the image quality to the point where it is sometimes unreadable. Also, when viewed on a mobile device some PDF layers are completely removed. Is there a setting so I can have full resolution PDFs? I want dousing to work for creative departments.

@Sean DugganCould be the resolution of the scanned image if you are scanning the packaging label. If you are scanning, make sure the scanning software is set to best possible resolution. If not scanning then it might still be the quality of the PDF file and you could try to improve the quality by opening in Adobe or other PDF app to try to optimize or resave the file to see if quality improves.
