We are trying to move away from people logging into shared accounts.
We have powerforms set up under a shared account mailbox so that all responses go to that mailbox instead of an individual user. But to manage the powerforms and any envelopes initiated from the powerform, we have to log into that account using a shared password.
Is there a way around this? Like, designating a user to be able to manage the powerforms and envelopes under another user account?
