I am using the trial version and I don't get any results in the authentication report but it does appear completed in the status of the envelopes

Which authentication have you added to the envelope, e.g. SMS that is not showing up in the report?


If the trial version limitations are impacting your ability to test the service effectively, you might want to consider upgrading to a paid plan or contacting DocuSign to see if there is an option to extend the trial or enable full features temporarily for a comprehensive evaluation. I will contact support for further debugging.
