All my signature flags and text disappear when I send the docusign packet to a client

I started with a contract template.  Made changes and added new documents to the packet to send to clients for signatures.  I see all the changes and the flags but when the customer receives it, my documents have no flags and all the data I have inputed have vanished.  

When i go back to correct, I can see all my flags and data in the document.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  

Please help.

Could you send a screenshot with those flags that you see, but your signers don’t?
