Hello,

 

I've always been able to set Reminders in Advance Options, but as of today that settings is disabled (greyed).

Is there a way to enable it again?

@Javier Sounds like this Admin setting was disabled, I would contact your DocuSign Admin for your account or if you are the DocuSign Admin review the following article and check the setting In DocuSign eSignature Settings, select Reminders and Expirations then check “Allow senders to override account defaults.”  DocuSign article below .
