I had docusign an a realtor with Century 21.  I am now at Long & Foster.  I have docusign here as well, but I need access to my old files from Century 21.

How can I make that happen?

Hello, @tammy.odum

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

Since we’re talking about two different accounts, you need to have an user in the previous account to check your envelopes there. An user in the new account to use the eSignature for sending envelopes, etc.

If the both accounts are under a same Organization account (Org Admin) then an Org Administrator can export envelopes from an account to the another under the same Organization, but I think that is not your case.

I hope that helps!
