Log in problem

Hi, I am trying to log in. When I try and log in, it auto fills my name. The problem is, the name it put in is NOT my name. It is my wifes name. She has never used docusign. When I enter my email and log in, its my wifes name that comes up. How do I change that. I have no idea whats going on with this and why it comes up with my wifes name. She has a separate email to me. 

You can check the users list whether only your email or your wife is added in this account: https://admin.docusign.com/users. if only your, you can change the profile: https://account.docusign.com/me/.

if there are more than one account for you email. you can switch account and set one as your default.
