web form login

I created a web form, and it's running smoothly, but the recipient has to login or create an account to access the form to sign. Is there a way to get the recipient directly to the form, without having to login or create a Docusign account?

I am sorry to hear that your recipients are required to log in, but I will share the steps needed to correct this behavior. You can update your account’s login requirements in Settings>Security Settings>Login Requirements. You can find more details on how to work with this setting, here:
