Document Retention period

Hello

I have a query on document retention 

Does this start from the document creation date or from when all parties have signed?

Hello @chriswheelermucklellp !

The Document Retention feature only works with envelope status equal to completed, voided, or declined. So, the retention period will only start when your envelopes achieve the final status (mentioned above).
