I understand that you are looking to reach out to your account executive, and I will share more details on how to get this done.

 

If you can’t locate your account manager’s contact details internally, you can contact DocuSign Support.

 

Your Account Team records are stored as part of your account in our system, and a Support Expert can provide them to you, if you create your case as a full administrator.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
