Error when trying to open DocuSign in Salesforce

I’m getting this error message when I try to open DocuSign in Salesforce:

  • Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails.

I’ve already gone into my user profile in Salesforce and made sure the DocuSign user ID matched the ID that was in my DocuSign account. I’m assigned the DocuSign Admin in my permission set assignments in Salesforce. This was all I had found to do for this issue and it still isn’t working, does anyone have an suggestions of other things I can try? Thank you!

Hi!  If you’re the Administrator, you’ll also need the DocuSign CLM Administrator permission set.

Here’s an article to get connected:  https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DAL-DocuSign-eSignature-for-Salesforce-Error-Grant-Access?language=en_US

Sounds like you’ve done many of these steps already, but there are a couple more in the article which may help.
