Completed and Signed envelops lost in transit

Hi ,

 We receive a lot of envelops in CLM from e-signature, however, some of the completed and signed envelops dissapear in transit and we are sometimes not abe to retrieve them. Is there a log on what happens when envelops are sent from e-sginature.
