I’m getting this error message when I try to open DocuSign in Salesforce: Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails. I’ve already gone into my user profile in Salesforce and made sure the DocuSign user ID matched the ID that was in my DocuSign account. I’m assigned the DocuSign Admin in my permission set assignments in Salesforce. This was all I had found to do for this issue and it still isn’t working, does anyone have an suggestions of other things I can try? Thank you!
Hello,I use docusign to signe by several parties excel files documents containing dates in several cells.inside this excel file documents, we have date in EU standard format (example 22nd of february is 22/02/2024). In the final pdf file with all the signature this date is automatically converted to US standard format (example 22nd of february is 02/22/2024).How may i keep the EU date format in the PDF generated by docusign with all the signature ?Regards, stéphane
In my CLM Template, I have ALT Clauses, one of these should pull in the eSigned Date. I’ve placed conditionality in the Template for the use of the ALT; however, the eSign Custom Tag does not seem to be pulling in when I generate a contract instance or when it is sent for eSign. Any ideas??In the Template: <# <EndConditional/> #><# <Conditional Test="// Effective_Date[@optionName = 'Standard ALT1’]” /> #>/ContractEffectiveDate1/<# <EndConditional/> #>In eSign, this shows up blank rather than capturing the date expected.
Hi all,I am issuing a report to gain visibility over who initiated a Workflow. However, it is showing me Workflows initiated by deleted users. When I try to filter them out using the "Initiated By" filter, their names do not appear as they have been removed from CLM.Is there any way to avoid these deleted users from appearing in my reports?Many thanks in advance!
Despite reaching out to the QuickBooks Help Center, I was informed that the problem lies with DocuSign as it is considered a third-party app. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in tracking down the DocuSign app within QuickBooks Advanced. Hi Team , In our model for one of the user GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com was deleted and now we have added them again , the issue is that GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com had created it’s own Workflows and Envelopes in DocuSign and also had a lot of “Sent Items” too. Now as we have added the user again , the user is not able to see it’s Sent Items + Workflows + Envelopes. We want to Retrieve the DocuSign data for the user so can you please provide some assistance here. If user ID deleted from Anaplan users tab will it delete the sent items of that user from Docusign? Is there any possibility to retrieve the items? ThanksJerin
