I created a template and trying to upload so I can load the fields for the document and send.  However, docusign keeps recycling says there isn't a document to send.  Meaning the document the program say was successfully loaded isn’t loaded.  

@Sixfootfive - After you created the Template do you see where you are able to upload a document?  Are you uploading a PDF Document or any other form of document?

I am getting an error message when trying to send a document. I also have the ability to send through DocuSign from my software but am receiving an error message when attempting that as well. 

Error message is attached.

Have you tried to print the document to a new PDF. This process "flattens" and re-generates the file to fix common causes of upload issues. Open the PDF in your preferred PDF viewer, click the File menu, then click Print. Select a PDF Writer from the Printer list, choose a name for the file when prompted, and save it. Finally, upload the new file to DocuSign. How to resolve a document upload error by printing the document to a new PDF
