Specify recipient error

Hello,

I have a Docusign test account, Business Pro Trial. I test to use “Specify recipient” feature, but it does not work. I have error “acocunt does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type”. How do I need to do to use this feature ?

I’m sorry to hear that the feature is not available. I understand you would like to use Specify recipients but is getting an error.

 

Can you provide more information? Are you trying to enable the feature directly on the envelope or on the account (Settings > Sending setting)? If it is on the envelope, can you confirm the option is enabled on the account directly under Settings: Recipient Roles
