Specify Recipients

My first recipient I have checked as Specify Recipients but when I try to go to the next step it gives me an error message 

Account does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type

How do I fix this in my permissions or can I?

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to send your envelope due to this error, but I will assist you in getting to the bottom of the issue.

 

This error is caused by the feature in question being disabled on the account.

 

If an account administrator can’t manage the Manager Recipient Type access in Settings>Sending Settings, then the feature will need to be enabled by DocuSign Support.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
