Document says "sent", but hasn't been received


I sent an envelope and it says “waiting for others”, but none of the recipients have received it. Please advise, thanks.-Derek

Hi Derek:

Have you checked the addresses are correct in DocuSign? Have your recipients checked their ‘junk/spam’ folders? If your recipients have their own DocuSign accounts - have them make sure that their ‘notifications’ are turned on.

You could try re-sending the envelope so that the notification is at the top of the recipient’s inbox (that’s worked for me in the past...).

DocuSign support has some other reasons things might not be getting through:
