In native DocuSign, i can restrict a user’s ability to Add Fields within their permission profile. I want to do this for the Salesforce users as well so that when a user is sending an envelope through Salesforce, they can preview the document before sending, but they cannot add any additional fields to it. Is this possible?

Yes, i created the template within Salesforce and the users are initiating the envelope from a Case Object in Salesforce. The envelope is pre-filled with data from the Salesforce Case Object and i want them to be able to preview the form with the pre-filled data, but i do not want them to be able to add fields.
