I have a power automate flow that sends a DocuSign envelope to a customer for signing.
I would like to create a second flow that is triggered when a customer replies. I can see there are some filters that can be used but I’m wanting to trigger the flow only when a specific template has been used for the envelope. Is this possible?

You would need an envelope custom field and add it on that template that can be parsed in the trigger: Custom Fields for Envelopes
The events don't list what template was used for a given envelope, the template(s) used on an envelope can only be retrieved using a specific API call, which isn't supported in Power Automate.
