&amp issue


While Pushing a contract in CLM the address which has "&" Text is Showing as "&amp", How to resolve this?

Which field type you are using ? I believe it is Text Box correct me if I am wrong?

Yes, data is coming in Text Box.

Okay Understood, Just navigate to the field and in the field properties uncheck the “Rich Text” . and the issue will be resolved.🤗

I can’t remove rich text as we need formatting and Bold characters in it. Any other way round?

okay, just make sure you are using the merge tag mentioned “rich text”. just the template? and if not so replace it with the new one.

Rich Text is mentioned in the merge tag as well.

I can see the in field properties, “Allow User to edit field value” is unchecked, I believe the data is comin from somewhere or fetching data from any other integration right?
