my forms are not populating check marks on my documents, how do correct the form

real estate contract forms are not filling in properly, leaving out check marks in needed boxes.

Hello, @David Walker 


If you’re talking about a form inside an envelope or used in a template, try this:

  • Use the Validation option then set the minimum requirement. If you have One checkbox so select “At least” and the number 1 that will make the checkbox mandatory to be checked.

See the figure:


If you’re talking about a Web Form so you will need to set the checkbox as required.
