Can the Advanced Options setting be done for individual envelopes (to be) sent so link expires on set date?If I I go into an “in process” envelope, change for example the reminder email toggle to off, change link expire date to 1 date with Custom setting reminder to “0” - will that change all existing envelopes? We have a deadline for participation in a program and must have signed docs by specific date in hand.I understand that there is no specific control for hours and minutes but can above be done.

Can you guys please make me understand below scenario is possible. If yes please guide me to achive. We have integrated salesforce with docusign and sending the documents for signature from Salesfoce.Scenario 1: Person A who is part of Group 1 sent a document for signature to End user. End user wants some updates or he want to cancel the document. But PersonA is on vacation. Now the other group members want access to document in Docusign and cancel it? In Simple words, I want to create a group in which all users should access other users documents. Scenario 2: if Im sending a document for eSignature to end user. The sender email should not be my personal email. It should be a Group email? Is it possible if yes, please guide me. Thank you in Advance!

Hi all,I received a mail from Docusign (although I think) with the following email address: noreply@erp.docusign.com and asking me to fill in a username and password to open the 'Docusign Bill Managent Portal.’ Is this a valid mail?Thank you in advance for responding!Kind regards,Wesley Lacroix

how come Sender of checklist cannot receive email notification after checklist fully signed by everyone? is there a way to let sender know or receive email notification? it is important to give sender a notification on it as sender is the initiator.

I found what looks like a fraudulent envelope in my DocuSign, that has multiple users cc’d and was supposedly signed by me. I never received an invitation to sign this document which appears to be part of a scam. Should I delete it or does this mean someone has access to my account and can view other saved documents? Please advise.

Hello, Whenever I set a document to have two signers, the firs one (in our organization) never gets the envelope to add the first signature. I am forced to send the envelope multiple times. What am I doing wrong? This happens regardless of whether I check the “Set signing order” or not.Any guidance is appreciated.Dan

The final signer of a document had a change to their title, so now their title on the document needs to be revised. Is it possible to edit the document now to reflect this person’s title change, even though other people have already signed this document? If so, can I make this change as the sender, or can they do this as the signer?

Can I download a report either by account or org admin view to tell me the volume of powerforms? I wasn’t able to locate such a report.

I want to add a template & I am not able to find a NEW or CREATE option

The calculation of environmental savings shown in reports is not reliable, today the savings data can be very good and the next day that value goes down; I thought it was accumulated from the total envelopes sent. Can someone help me by explaining that.Thank you.

Hi, When delegating as a recipient I can add a private message to the person I am delegating it to. As a sender I can add a private message to each individual role. Can I in the role the recipient specifier do this to?

At the end of every page, it says “Put your name, address, website, phone, fax number, and page number here”How do I take it out?

Hi!So I have 2 questions. We have 2 new employees on our team, and I am training them on the system. Because of the work we do, I need access to their envelopes and vice versa so we may help when someone is away/on vacation. I tried and was denied access.  Also, how do migrate an old accounts envelopes to a new person’s account?

We need to back to 2017 to search for a DocuSign envelope and cannot figure out how to search that far back. Please advise.Thank you.

If a mobile number is in a recipients contact, how do you get it to automatically populate in an envelope when you select the recipient and use DS EU Advanced and select SMS?  I have to type the phone number in every time which is quite inconvenient.  Thank you.

I’m getting this error trying to log in, because I need to access a document that I signed.  The link from the original document still lives, but it only takes me to the first page of the document, then I have to ‘sign up’ with Docusign to see the rest of the document.  So, I register, or sign up.  Then, trying to login, this persistent error presents:    “Sorry, there was a problem loading your account features. Please contact Docusign Support for assistance.”  Two chatbots provided zero meaningful or quality assistance, and a form that I filled out to Docusign support remains unanswered. If anyone knows what I should do next, I am all ears.

I am a user at a company that uses templates.  I have starred my Favorite templates I use most often but they are not showing up on my home screen like with my co-workers.  My admin has checked and everything is the same for all Sending Users.  Any idea how to fix this?

I was sent a document from a third party that contains two signatures, supposedly signed by DocuSign (there is a DocuSign Doc ID number, though the signatures do not include the DocuSign brackets). Adobe Acrobat is saying that at least one of the signatures is invalid. Is there a way i can lookup the Doc ID number and obtain the Certificate of Completion (or at least some details) about the transaction? Going back to the party that sent it to us is problematic, so I would like to try to find out as much about this transaction as I can before doing that. Thanks,Teri

I upload contract in Thai Language but it seems that after document is converted in Docusign the paragraph is not properly display.  Most of the case, Docusign break the word in the middle to enter a new line.  It looks like Docusign doesn’t have recognize Thai language and split the word as it like to do. Is there any locale setting which can solve this issue?  I know that converting to PDF is one way but we still need an option to stick with MS word file.Thanks.

How do I conduct an ‘all time’ search?

We have issues with the INDEX.csv for the mentioned file nameIt relates to PDF naming when there is like PDF.13MOTIS.pdf the new version of retrieve is fine for docusign retrieve, but when its like PDF.MXE062.XPS.pdf, the retrieve returns the rown in the index.csv with PDF.MXE062.XPS and doesn't supply .pdf . We know we can append that .pdf to make it work, but what we don't know is if we have some names like PDF.XXX.YYYY.ZZZ.pdf and then Docusign Retrieve may only return PDF.XXX.YYY and our append of .pdf only causes PDF.XXX.YYYY.pdf and the file name is PDF.XXX.YYYY.ZZZ.pdf.

I have a document with 6 signatories and I am missing one, but it won't let that one sign. When I try to correct it, it tells me that I exceeded the number of signatories. What can be done to allow me all the signers?

Good Morning,I am looking for some assistance if possible… We use Docusign to sign off our timber kit houses. The process we follow is - I create the form fill in details and sign. The form is then sent to the site manager to sign, once they sign the form it is sent to our head office for filing. In some instances the site manager is not signing and the form is then void. is it possible to make it so if this happens the form is still sent to the head office just without the site managers signature?  Also was wondering, is it possible for us to pre populate the forms for a full site but keep them stored somewhere until the point they are actually required? This could sometimes be 6-9 months ahead of time so I wouldn’t be looking for the reminder emails being sent until the time we go to use the form.  Thanks in advance,

When I send a document to a client for signing, it is pre-populating a ‘text-typed signature’ and not allowing the user to change it to a hand-written signature. When they click on the pre-populated text-typed signature, it does not show a drop-down menu option to ‘change’.

I’m trying to make a real estate contract with editable fields. I used to be able to easily upload a doc and then insert these editable fields, but for some reason I can no longer access the field list, everything is greyed out.
