Hi,

When I am logged in and I want to submit a document for signature, I get a verification error.

Does anyone know how I get rid of this?

To start troubleshooting, I would suggest tying again with a different device, browser, and network.

 

It is important to note that you must try these options separately, as these could lead us to the root cause of the error.

 

If non of the options mentioned above helped in solving the issue, the next step to try would be resetting your password.
