Signature change, I have updated a new signature but when I sign a document it still uses the old one even when I deleted from my profile. What Can I do ?

I’m sorry to hear that the new signature is not showing up, I understand you changed your signature but when signing a document it is not showing up.

Do you have an option to change signature as shown in the following article? (That would be the fist bullet point): Change your signature or adopt a custom signature

If not, then it could be that you have a recipient account (this is like a placeholder account but users do not have access to it) in which the old signature is tied to, a Support agent would need to remove this account in the backend and free up your email to allow you to use the new signature: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
