Hey, when I send an envelope and I need to also sign when I click sign now there is not a signature line for me to sign. This means I have to wait for the email from DocuSign and then click on the email link so I can sign my own document. This is annoying to say the least. Any advice on how to get the sign  now option to work?

Ensure that you have correctly assigned yourself a signing role within the envelope. If you're sending an envelope that you also need to sign, you must assign yourself as a signer in the recipients list. If this step is missed or set up incorrectly, the "Sign Now" button may not function as expected.


Yes, I have assigned myself as a signer, that is why when  I send the envelope I receive an email to sign the envelope I sent.

Yes, when I click on the email I can sign.

Do you have a signing order assigned to the recipients?  That is unusual behavior.
