I have the eSignatureReal Estate version.  When I upgraded to this, our send later option disappeared.  Everything I’ve read says that’s included.  Anyone else having this issue?

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use our scheduled send feature, but I will assist in solving the issue. This feature should be included with the Docusign for Realtors plan or above. If you have confirmed that it should be included in your account settings but it’s still missing, Docusign Support can assist in enabling it on the account’s backend. To create a new support case, please fill out the form provided below:

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
