Two months ago, I signed a lease agreement through this software and I am a tenant. But I didn't download a copy of the contract at the time, and now I want to open the previous file, but it shows that the link has expired. I was not a registered user when signing the document. How can I obtain a copy of this contract document. Because there is a dispute with the landlord, it is not convenient to request it from the landlord.

@yu zhang - When you click on the expired link, it should give you an option to request a new link.   Check your spam folder for a new email from DocuSign with an updated link.
