Hello,

I am encountering an issue with the "focus view" feature on DocuSign. When I click "Next" to go to the signing location, part of the signature button becomes unclickable (an interdiction icon appears). However, when I navigate to this button using the scroll bar, this issue does not occur.

To better illustrate the problem, I have attached a GIF showing this behavior.

Could you please explain why this happens and how to resolve it?

Could you try this:

Loggof from all opened browser sessions.

Open an incognito window

Login to your account

Test to see if the issue persists

 

Maybe is something related to the browser’s cache (try to use a different browser to check if the issue stills)

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, the problem persists across different browsers (such as Chrome and Edge). I also tried clearing the cache and using incognito window, but I observe the same behavior...
