Hi, I have sent 2 requests to my university for esignatures, but they were not linked to my docusign account. How can I void them? I received confirmation emails, but that link opens the document with no actions options. However, on my account, those documents do not show up. Kindly guide.

All envelopes sent from an account should appear on that account, please confirm you are logged in to the correct account. If you have the envelope ID, you can access them directly by using the following link: https://app.docusign.com/documents/details/{insert envelope ID}

Otherwise, the only other way to void an envelope would be to be a signer a decline to sign.
